The intelligent solution for laser etching on rubber tires mainly consists of a Six-axis DOF robot, a 3D+AI laser vision system, and a laser optical path control system. Our independently developed laser etching process replaces traditional die-cutting technology. The standard production cycle time is 15 to 23 seconds, with clear, beautiful, smooth, and non-sticky edges. To eliminate the phenomenon of cycle brand overflow, reduces the repair rate, improves product appearance, and completely eliminates the material, labor, and error correction costs caused by the traditional cycle tag and steel tag processes. It also increases the utilization rate of vulcanizers and significantly improves production efficiency. The high flexibility of intelligent robots enables full coverage of steel-bodied tire products and semi-steel tire products, supporting a wide range of product compatibility. The use of nanosecond flash photography technology ensures the accuracy of etching positions and the efficiency of the production cycle. The 3D+AI laser vision system realizes precise positioning of XYZ coordinates at any position on the tire after 3D laser modeling, completely solving the phenomenon of non-standard engraving and different depth caused by tire curvature and other problems. It also allows for laser customization and marking at any specified position. Support for multiple communication protocols and real-time integration with MES and WMS systems enables data sharing and effectively improves the factory's digital and intelligent management level. This solution can flexibly achieve DIY personalized customization, such as etching anti-diversion QR codes and customizing small-batch, personalized logos. This allows the manufacturing department to easily handle multi-variety, small-batch orders without increasing costs.
